Yes, “WIDGETS!” Talk about a new techno-language. I think I’m getting my ‘widgets’ in order. Over on the right you should now see at least most of the ‘stuff’ I’d collected over there before they ‘improved’ the set up here at WordPress. It’s a matter of dragging over a new ‘widget’ in the control panel for each and every item and configuring it correctly to show up the way you want it to.
I think I need a nap!
To say I’m confused is an understatement.
: /
There are many meanings of ‘Widgets’ one being something they put in a Beer Can? ! Perhaps a glass of Beer might help Molly ? !!! LOL… 😀
LOL!
Of course I’m seeing this AFTER I commented on your last post about everything being there on the right! : )
LOL … and to top THAT off, I get an email from WordPress, saying ‘sorry, we made the mistake and have restored your settings’ which meant that I then had duplicates over on the right which I had to go take out….
Well of course thats being ‘helpful’. Bet they have got lessons in THAT from Sirocco, their IT Catsultant.
Bobin
Sirocco! I shoulda known!!
Don’tcha just LOVE when they do things to “help” you?!?!
Perhaps these are Kitty-widgets? Bobin
And I thought I was the only one the computer played tricks on; I wish the geeks in the field would leave well enough alone . But no …they must confuse, add on, etc. Widgets you say may be one day I’ll catch up. At least I can still see Sequoia and all the others . Ever think about cat greeting cards?
I
Yes, I did cat greeting cards at one time through CafePress … maybe I’ll try that again some day.
Glad to hear your ‘ widgets’ are in order – as Maggie said, I only associate them with beer cans, lol!
I’m still trying to figure out what a widget in a beer can looks like and what its function is? Does it rattle? Metal? Plastic? or Other? How big? or is it more of an imaginary nature like, for example, a snipe?
Beer Can Widgets
Ive not (knowingly) either seen one (or drunk one) but they are (cone shaped?) devices (“Gubbins” definately, DC) in beer can to hep smooth flow of beer out of can and prevent excess frothing (explosion?) when opening.
They rattle in can once can open, but then most of us do.
One wd need to open can up to examine widget which I’ve not had inclination to do.
Bobin
LOL! The things I’m learning … 😀
